📦 ORDER & PAYMENT
How do I place an order? Simply browse our products, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process with your shipping and payment information. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order? You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not been processed. Once processing begins (typically within 1 to 5 business days), the order cannot be canceled, but you may follow our 30-day return policy.

Do you ship internationally? No. We currently ship only to the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours after shipment.
My package is delayed. What should I do? Please monitor your tracking or contact the carrier. Reach out to us at Contact@homeshieldofficial.com if delivery exceeds 25 business days.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unused and uninstalled items in their original packaging.
How do I return an item? Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and ship the item to our designated international return center in China.
Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee applies to these returns.
What if I received a defective item? Contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
