2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND TAXES

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Sales Tax: Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • Fulfillment Disclosure: We utilize a global fulfillment network. Orders may ship directly from international distribution centers (including China).

5. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

  • Cancellation: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placement.

  • Processing: Once an order begins processing (typically 1 to 5 business days), it cannot be canceled.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Handling Time: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Transit Time: 13–20 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Cost: Standard Shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Return Window: 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% fee applies to all returns not involving defective or incorrect items.

  • Shipping: Customers pay for return shipping for "change of mind" returns.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site is owned by SJR E COMMERCE and protected by U.S. and international laws.

9. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to violate any laws, engage in fraud, or introduce malware to the Site.

10. DISCLAIMERS

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and our policies constitute the entire agreement between you and SJR E COMMERCE.

18. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms without our consent.

19. SURVIVAL

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.
