At HomeShield Official, your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a transparent and fair return and refund process. This Refund and Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and related requests are handled. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW 1.1 Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. The return window begins on the date the package is marked as delivered by the carrier. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted. 1.2 Return Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and free from damage or signs of tampering.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Items marked as Final Sale, products already installed, or damaged due to misuse are non-returnable.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN 3.1 Return Authorization Process: Contact us at Contact@homeshieldofficial.com. 3.2 Authorization & Instructions: After review (1–2 business days), we will provide an RMA number. 3.3 Shipping the Return: Once authorized, ship the product within 7 days using a trackable method.
4. RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS All authorized returns must be shipped to our designated international return center: HomeShield Official – Returns Department, 419 Jianguo Building, Aiguo Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China 518001. Note: Do not ship returns to Albuquerque, NM.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS 5.1 Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind or wrong product ordered. 5.2 Company-Covered Return Shipping: We cover shipping only for defective or incorrect items.
6. REFUND PROCESSING 6.1 Refund Timeline: Total estimated time is 2–4 weeks from the date the return is shipped. 6.2 Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. 6.3 Refund Amount: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to defective or incorrect items. This fee will be deducted from your final refund.
7. EXCHANGES We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
8. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed.
10. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier.
11. RETURN ABUSE We reserve the right to deny returns in cases of fraudulent behavior.
12. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS HomeShield Official ships only within the United States.
13. WARRANTY & PRODUCT QUALITY Manufacturing defects are covered within 30 days of delivery.
