  • Transit Time: 13 to 20 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 14 to 25 business days from order confirmation.

  • Shipping Cost: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Shipping Destinations: United States only (all 50 states).

  • Tracking: Tracking information is sent via email for all orders.

2. PROCESSING TIME

2.1 Standard Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This period includes order verification, fraud prevention checks, and preparation for shipment.

2.2 Order Cut-off Times Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time - MST) on business days may begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time or on non-business days will begin processing the next business day.

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME

3.1 Free Standard Shipping

  • Transit Time: 13 to 20 business days after shipment.

  • Carriers used: USPS, FedEx, UPS, or regional carriers depending on destination and availability.

4. DESTINATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

We deliver to residential and commercial addresses in all 50 United States. We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or U.S. territories.

  • International destinations outside the United States.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking details are sent via email once the order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT DISCLOSURE

To provide high-quality products at competitive prices, orders are shipped directly from our international distribution warehouses, including locations such as China. This allows us to offer Free Standard Shipping to our U.S. customers while maintaining our business presence in Albuquerque, NM.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package was not received, contact us within 7 days.

  • Damaged Packages: Report damage within 48 hours with photo documentation.

  • Delayed Shipments: If delivery exceeds 25 business days, please contact our support team.

8. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Refused deliveries or unauthorized returns for non-defective items may incur return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
